If you buy goods under a distance contract (including, for example, by phone, post or online but excluding any goods bought at our trade counter), under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs), you have up to fourteen calendar days starting the day after you or your nominee has received your delivery to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please call customer services on 01302 325163. However, we are unable to cancel the delivery of any orders once they have been dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch and delivery, you can post them back to us at our factory address, Allsports Nutrition, 21 Wheatley Business Centre, Wheatley Hall Road, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN2 4LP. During this period you must take reasonable care of the goods. You will be refunded via the payment method used when placing the order once the goods have been received by us. We will not be able to issue a refund if the goods are not received in the same condition that they were sent out in so please take care when handling and packing the goods to return to us. It is also advised that proof of postage is obtained when returning parcels to us as we cannot be liable for any lost parcels.
If you have received an incorrect item we will arrange a collection of the item for you as well as delivery of the correct item at no cost to you. Please contact customer services on 01302 325163 or email@example.com to arrange this for you.
